  My fiance and I used to love eating at J&P. Especially on nights where we both work late and our daughters opt for pizza or a simple home meal. Lately it seems like every single time we order food it just isn't right and don't dare call and complain to Kim. We called once about rude customer service and her response to me was "we don't hire rude people so I'm going to call her and get her side of the story and call you back". Guess who never got that phone call. I try extremely hard to be nice to be in customer service especially since I have worked in the similar field my entire life but I am at my breaking point with this restaurant. Never again. I'd rather take my business else where to a restaurant or chain who is deserving of business.

  Good menu whether you want pizza or pasta. Reasonable prices and and good staff. Popular with parents and families while the kids are in activities next door.
